Selection, preset and tube, download here
Unzip, put the selection in your selectionfolder, the preset to your presetfolder
and the tube in your tubefolder

Open new transparent image 500 X 600
Fill the image with a gradient of:
Foregroundcolor: #5e514b
Backgroundcolor: #b3a099
with these settings:
Rightclick the layer and duplicate
Make the duplicated layer active
Effects/Redfield/Jama 3D with these settings:
Merge Visible
With Croptool drag from coordinates (50-20) to (460-540) and apply
Effects/Mezzoforce Ice with these settings:
Rightclick the layer and duplicate
Make the duplicated layer active
Layer blendmode/Overlay
Merge visible
Materials: Pattern/ Use your image as pattern:
Image/Add border 12 px Color: #ffffff
With Magic Wand tool - feather 0 - click the white border
Fill with your pattern
Effects 3D effects/innerbevel with these settings:
Effects/Edge effects/Enhance more
Selections/Select none
New rasterlayer
Selections/Load save selection/Load selection from disk
Load selection "H@nne_Photo04"
Fill with your gradient
Selections/Select none
Name this layer Diamond2
Duplicate the layer and name the new layer Diamond1
Make Diamond2 active
Effects/Toadies/Blast 'em! - 20-211
Make diamond1 active
Effects/3D effects/Drop shadow with these settings:
Turn off your background and make Diamond2 active
Merge visible
Open your backgroundlayer and make the merged layer active
Layer blendmode/Dodge
Open your tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
Resize the tube 85%
Move the tube down and to the right:
Effects/3D effects/Drop shadow with these settings:
Merge visible.
Effects/Illuminationseffect/Light.
Find the preset H@nne_backlight03
Click ok
